What’s It All About

Add the vertically challenged Lord Farquaad, a gang of fairytale misfits, and a biscuit with attitude, and you’ve got an irresistible mix of adventure, laughter and romance, guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages!
Featuring all-new songs, as well as the cult Shrek anthem ‘I’m a Believer’, Shrek The Musical brings more than 100 much-loved fairytale characters to life in an all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza.

The Trip Specifics
Crickhowell High School has secured tickets to see Shrek The Musical on Thursday 19th April at the Millennium Centre in Cardiff for the matinee performance at 2.30 pm. The trip is open to Year 7 students only.
The transport will depart from school at 12.00 pm on Thursday 19th April and aim to return by 19.00 pm. Students may take a packed lunch and drink(s) for the day. Any students in receipt of school meals will be provided with a packed lunch.
Students may wish to bring money with them to buy food or a programme at the theatre.
Tickets will be reserved on a first come, first served basis as there are only 45 available. Students wishing to attend this performance must download and complete the form below and return it to the MPS by break time on Wednesday 11th April.
Any students who would like to attend but are not within the first 45 will be put on a reserve list.
The total cost is £40.00, which includes the cost of the ticket and transport to / from Cardiff. This can either be paid via ParentPay or by cheque made payable to Crickhowell High School.
