Cashless Catering

Dear Parent / Carer,

Your child will be bringing home a very important letter today concerning Cashless Catering. As you are aware, the canteen will be moving to a cashless system and the start date for this will be Monday 14th March. From this date cash will not be accepted as a payment in the canteen for students’ food. (Further details and frequently asked questions can be found in the letter).

Please can you ensure you have read the contents of the letter and go online to activate and credit your child’s account using the details provided. Once online you will be able to change your username and password to something more memorable.

If you do not have access to the Internet and would like to use a Pay Point instead, please can you let the school know so that we can provide you with a card for Pay Point.

Students who are entitled to free school meals will be automatically credited once parents have activated their accounts and consent forms are returned.

It is very important that you sign and return the parental consent form to the school no later than Friday March 4th. This will enable us to collect the biometric data from each student next week (thumbprints taken electronically). Full details of the biometric system are contained within the letter.
