Key Stage 4 Bulletin – Number 4

November 2012

The days are now drawing in and it gets darker earlier so we would like to remind all students to use the zebra crossing outside the school to cross New Road safely. The weather has also turned colder. Please can you remind your child that the uniform consists of both the sleeveless pullover AND the blazer. With the colder weather students will appreciate the protection and warmth that the uniform affords but students are still allowed to remove their blazers in lessons if they are warm.

The Thought for the week beginning 4th November is ‘Memory and Remembrance’.

The Thought for the week beginning 12th November is ‘Family and Relationships’.

The Thought for the week beginning 19th November is ‘Friends and Friendships’.

The Thought for the week beginning 26th November is ‘Enemies’.

Year 11 GCSE Exams

Monday 5th November            Biology paper 2 (Triple Award Science)

Year 11 Mock GCSE Exams will take place for two weeks beginning on Monday 19th November. Students will shortly be issued with their timetable.
