Dear Parent,Guardian,Staff,Friends of Crickhowell High School,
As you know we are always trying to raise money for the school. This year we are hoping to raise enough money to support the sports pitch improvements, art materials and fund extras to support the childrens education. With this target as our focus we are launching a new campaign which I am very excited by and hope very much you will support our campaign with TheGivingMachine.
TheGivingMachine is a not for profit company set up by four Hertfordshire dads in 2006 to raise money for UK schools and charities. Every year online shops pay £millions in sales commissions to web sites that drive shoppers to them. By shopping via www.TheGivingMachine.co.uk you ensure that this commission is turned into a cash donation, by the retailer, to your school.
The way it works is you register online with www.TheGivingMachine.co.uk and nominate Crickhowell High School. Then, every time you shop online with your usual retailers such as amazon, ebay, the big supermarkets, Next, Boots, in fact over 360 of the UK’s leading retailers, Crickhowell High School gets a free donation from the retailer. It doesn’t cost you any more, and you don’t have to buy anything you wouldn’t normally buy. Just keep shopping online as you do already, via www.TheGivingMachine.co.uk, and at the same time you’re raising money for our school. It really is that easy! In addition, once you have joined, you will receive emails with exclusive special offers and discounts from the top retailers
There are already over 2,500 UK schools currently raising money via TheGivingMachine. To date £250,000 has been raised schools and charities. If you want more information or to discuss how you can get involved please contact the school office who will be happy to help.
Please help me to ensure Crickhowell High School doesn’t miss out on this great opportunity to raise money for our childrens educational extras. Just log on to www.TheGivingMachine.co.uk and register today.
Many thanks for your support,
Mrs J Parker
